Mentoring


Pacific Community Ventures is a nonprofit social enterprise and community development financial institution that helps business owners to grow their small business though investing and advising programs. I am an advising member with PCV, mentoring entrepreneurs navigate their business success.

 

Seedsstars is an international organization that aims to impact people’s lives in emerging markets through entrepreneurship and technology. I am a mentor among a big group of mentors under their startup programs.

Judging

MIT Enterprise Forum (MITEF) Saudi Arabia is part of a global network of chapters dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide. The MITEF Saudi startup competition is part of this initiative that focuses on attracting high potential social, business startups and ideas in all fields and industries. I was among the judges who worked on evaluating and short listing competing startups.

 

AIM Startup is a global platform for startups looking to connect with investors and other opportunities, part of their initiative is a startup competition, where entrepreneurs with innovative ideas compete for a grant price. I was among the judging panel for the competition that took place in Saudi Arabia.

Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University is a public university, their business college holds an annual startup ideas competition and exhibition for their students. I was among the group of judges who reviewed, evaluated, and shortlisted the participating projects.

Consulting

Prince Sultan Fund for Women Development is an non-profit organization and business incubator that supports women entrepreneurs. I was a part time consultant where I helped the organization in general, mentored the incubated businesses, trained, and judged businesses applying for funding.

Concepts

Sajmania is a quick service food concept that specializes in flat bread wraps and quick bites targeting breakfast and quick meals lovers. The concept and the business was fully developed by myself. The business model works through operating small branches that serves it’s food in different commercial areas.
